At SG Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for non-damaged products.
Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange only.

To qualify, you must provide a complete unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package.

Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us.
Process

Once verified, we will ship a replacement product within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstance, except if the product is out of stock for replacement.
