Refund policy

At SG Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for non-damaged products.

Damaged / Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange only.

  • To qualify, you must provide a complete unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package.

  • Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us.

Process

  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement product within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstance, except if the product is out of stock for replacement.
